Clinical Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a transformative leader to spearhead our clinical services. This role involves driving innovation and excellence in care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for clients with complex needs.
  • Provide expert supervision and guidance to senior physiotherapists, promoting adherence to professional standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that clinical services align with relevant regulations and guidelines, delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care.
  • Optimise resource allocation to maximise the impact and reach of services.
  • Offer expertise and mentorship to enhance team skills and professional development.
  • Collect and analyse data to measure service effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities - Uplifting Professional Practice:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to meet diverse client needs.
  • Develop, implement, and review competency frameworks, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to organisational strategies, policies, and procedures related to clinical service delivery.
Service Development & Improvement:
  • Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Contribute or lead in the development and implementation of new programs and services.
  • Design and evaluate existing programs/services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyse clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
Job Requirements:
  • Recognised degree/master in physiotherapy.
  • Registration with Allied Health Professional Services.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a physiotherapist.
  • Strong clinical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and advanced clinical proficiency.
