Project Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in project coordination and delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Project Activities: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Clients: Identify and define client requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Task Assignment and Schedule Management: Assign tasks to internal teams and collaborate with the Project Manager to manage schedules, eliminate blockers, and optimize project progress.
  • Client Needs and Requirements: Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve, and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Budget Preparation and Management: Assist in preparing budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Conduct quality assurance tests, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Construction and Quality Assurance Knowledge: Familiarity with construction practices, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
