Job Overview

As a seasoned UX designer, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and vision for our products. Your primary goal will be to create innovative and user-centric designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strategic outlook on product development, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategy
  • Lead efforts in driving strategic design initiatives that drive organisational growth forward
  • Coordinate and plan discovery work, including user interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and gathering insights to understand user needs and pain points
  • Lead the work to analyse research findings into actionable insights
  • Lead work to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma
  • Drive the iterative efforts to improve on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and the design team
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that designs are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX designer with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, design research or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, internships, or freelance work
  • Good understanding of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
  • Strategic thinker and proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and leadership
