As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our last mile delivery network. This includes managing a team of transport associates, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of transport associates to oversee last mile daily operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, failed deliveries, and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in last mile performance

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder with at least 3-5 years' experience in transport or logistics
  • Experience in fleet management is an added advantage
  • Possess analytical skills to view trends and identify operational issues/gaps
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel in particular (Pivot Table & V-lookup)
