Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Development Lead to spearhead our Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects division. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth and excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing RFPs/RFQs, developing cost estimates, preparing technical/commercial proposals, and ensuring seamless project execution. Strong analytical, supervisory, and communication skills are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs to determine project scope, feasibility, and potential risks.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and ensure they meet company standards/client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop solutions, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the tendering process.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of tender documents, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Participate in tender clarification meetings, negotiate with clients, and ensure smooth handover of awarded contracts to the project team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure-related project management, tendering, proposals, and contract development.
  • Possess Professional Engineering (PE) License.
  • Strong knowledge in project management, tendering, proposal, and contract development.
  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction techniques.
