Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our infrastructure development projects. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of civil and structural works.

About the Role:

  • The Construction Manager is accountable for ensuring projects meet time, cost, and EHS objectives.
  • You will coordinate and oversee all site activities, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Oversight of labour, plant, and materials management is also part of this role.
  • You will develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • This position requires strong quality control skills, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
  • A positive team culture will be fostered, promoting self-motivation, initiative, and responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering (civil and/or structural) or building from local universities or recognised institutions is required.
  • No less than twenty years of practical working experience in related field is expected.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
