Project Coordinator Role

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the effective coordination of assigned projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and administration.
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and completion of projects.
  • Monitoring works on site and addressing any malfunctions or breakdowns.
  • Attending site meetings and maintaining project documentation and bill of quantity.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project are essential. A Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry, is highly desirable. However, fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply.
