Job Title: Building Project Manager

As a Building Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage a team of workers to complete tasks assigned to them
  • Ensure that works are executed to acceptable standards of workmanship
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that they remain within budget

Key Responsibilities:
