Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirements gathering, systems analysis, and architecture design for digital-asset platforms.
- Own technology selection from hardware and operating systems to databases and middleware.
- Design and implement distributed systems and microservices architectures that meet demanding performance and uptime SLAs.
- Embed security best practices into every sprint and interpret regional regulations.
- Manage secure API integrations with central banks, payment networks, and third-party operators.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Fintech Expertise: 5+ years in financial technology, including architecting or implementing core banking systems.
- Digital-Asset Track Record: At least 1 year leading live CBDC, stablecoin, or tokenization projects, with hands-on smart-contract development.
- Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of distributed-system design and microservices, plus production-scale containerization.
- Infrastructure Leadership: Demonstrated success selecting and sizing servers, OS, and databases for platforms processing 1000+ TPS.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: A hands-on mentor who enforces engineering standards, fosters cross-functional alignment, and drives projects to on-time delivery.
- Agile & Self-Sufficient: Comfortable owning CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and rapid prototyping in a lean-team environment.
