About the role
Reap is looking for a Principal Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure at Reap. This is a unique opportunity to build novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana, while leveraging Reap's established presence in the financial technology space. You'll be joining a forward-thinking team at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology, working to reshape how organizations secure and manage their digital assets.
What you'll do
As the technical lead for our on-chain multisig platform, you'll play a key role in defining the future of on-chain asset management on Solana.
Solana Contract Development : Design, implement, and deploy high-performance, production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.
