Plant Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the overall efficiency and functionality of a facility to support smooth operations. It requires strong leadership to guide a team of facility supervisors and technicians, as well as the ability to plan and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for both plant facilities and equipment.

  • About the Job

The position demands collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to manage repairs, maintenance projects, and energy-related upgrades. Regular facility inspections are essential to identify maintenance needs, while the introduction and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program is also a key responsibility.

  • Key Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards is critical, along with promptly addressing any facility-related concerns. Budget management and expenditure control related to maintenance activities are part of the role, along with driving improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Additional Requirements

The role also focuses on developing and executing energy efficiency programs, analyzing consumption data, and leading sustainability initiatives to promote energy conservation within the plant.

  • Qualifications

Degrees in engineering disciplines are preferred, as well as experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. Possessing the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Certification (Professional) is an advantage.
