Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting technical position papers on key financial topics
  • Managing group accounting policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements and ensuring accuracy
  • Simplifying complex accounting issues for non-technical audiences through training and communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA/CA (or equivalent) certification
  • 8–10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally with technical accounting expertise
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and ability to apply it in practice
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
