Job Responsibilities

The Cost Control Coordinator will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of Inter-Kitchen Transfers and Inter-Kitchen Bars. This includes calculating the cost of these transactions and ensuring that they are accurately charged to the respective cost centre.

You will also be required to calculate the recipe cost based on input from Chefs/Beverage and review the Selling Price/Profit Margin of dishes/items. Additionally, you will need to conduct Yield Test & Butchery Test with Butchery Chefs every 6 months.

A strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders is also crucial.
