Electronics Engineering Specialists are highly skilled professionals with expertise in electronic product development and maintenance.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing wafer test yields to determine optimal production strategies.

You will also contribute to yield improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving issues impacting performance. In addition, your analytical skills will enable you to perform device/hardware test qualification/correlation, while effectively communicating technical information to colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts. A strong background in electronics engineering, preferably with a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, is essential. Familiarity with wafer sort test, prober operations (TSK or OPUS), tester platforms (U FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester) is also beneficial.

Required Skills:

  • Review and analyze wafer test yields
  • Determine hold lot disposition
  • Communicate with customer for joint disposition
  • Yield Improvement Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
  • Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
