Senior Electronic Product Developer

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge electronic products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics hardware development, with expertise in areas such as circuit design, PCB layout, and systems engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet performance, cost, and reliability requirements.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions for electronic product design and development
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify project goals and deliverables
- Designing and testing electronic circuits and PCBs to meet specifications
- Maintaining technical documentation and records throughout the product development lifecycle
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in electronics hardware development
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, and Model Sim
Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in digital design, mixed-signal design, and power distribution
- Familiarity with industry standards such as UL, IEC, and NEC
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
