Job Title: Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our electronics manufacturing team.

This role requires assembling and testing electronic devices from sub-components. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues down to PCBA level, conducting box build and sub-assembly functional testing, and assembling and reworking PCBAs with SMT components.

You will also set up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production, assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures, and contribute to building packaging for finished products.

  • Extensive Technician training certifications
  • Broad electronics, digital and components knowledge background
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP component sizes or above to rework PCB
  • Experience with BGA rework station is a plus
  • Proficient in reading circuit schematic diagrams
