
Reception and Front Desk Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of our salon, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Tend to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inform hairdressers and beauticians about customer appointments and requirements.
- Manage phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory effectively.
- Process bookings and cancellations, and manage appointment schedules with ease.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times.
- Assist with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.
- Process transactions and issue receipts accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions efficiently.
- Support hair stylists with assistant work as needed.
