We are seeking a detail-oriented, initiative-driven Capital Markets Manager to assist in debt capital raising within the Capital Markets team.
As a key member of the team, you will execute project financing loans & Holdco financing debt capital raising initiatives and interact with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will report directly to our Senior Director, Head of APAC Capital Markets, and have high visibility with our APAC CFO.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead preparation of project information materials for banks / lenders through close interaction with internal teams such as finance, new site development, construction & operations
- Mentor and supervise analysts in the team to improve performance and delivery, always in keeping with our values
- Ability to lead and manage debt transaction execution processes including preparing due diligence and valuation reports, addressing critical business needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong project management skills with a keen sense of initiative and ownership. You should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
