E-Commerce Inventory Management Role

We're seeking an E-Commerce Inventory Admin Executive to join our team. As an E-Commerce Inventory Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock checks, report findings to relevant stakeholders, and coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues.
  • E-commerce Administration: Process online orders, print packing lists and delivery orders, and distribute orders to packers.
  • Customer Care: Handle online customer enquiries, feedback, and reservations, and maintain strong partnerships with Changi Customer Centre team & Fulfilment Centre.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in a business-related field

Skills:
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Excellent customer-service orientation
Ability to partner with multi-departments and external stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Good organizational skill
