Job Title: IT EUCD Engineer
Job Description:The End User IT Engineer will be stationed onsite to provide daily IT support and maintenance for office staff. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations of both cloud and on-premises systems, and delivering responsive support for end users.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Office 365 Administration - Ensure the smooth functioning of Office 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure secure access to company resources.
- Implement backup and data recovery strategies to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
- Provide on-premises infrastructure support to maintain the stability and performance of company systems.
- Configure meeting and conference setups to meet the needs of remote teams and clients.
- Offer general IT support to resolve technical issues and improve overall system efficiency.
- Document and report technical activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration, specifically with Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with on-premises Active Directory, group policies, and Synology NAS backup solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and audio-visual equipment issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently onsite.
