About Our Front Desk Team Member

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our door.
We are looking for someone who can combine exceptional hospitality skills with operational efficiency to support our high-end, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival">
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs">
  • Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on services, schedules, and facilities">
  • Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians">
  • Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations">
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area">
  • Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform">
  • Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms">
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences">
  • Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks">

Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles desirable but not mandatory">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment">
  • A warm, polished, and professional demeanor">
  • Passion for health, wellness, longevity, or client care is a strong advantage">
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)">

Salary Range: SGD 2,400 - 2,800/month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (5-day work week) / Part-time available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
