Job Description

We are a new casual self-service concept serving up yakitori/skewer dons. The role will primarily be helping customers and passing food to them at the collection counter.

  • Greet and assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering, which will make most orders seamless and efficient.
  • Handle Point of Sale (POS) transactions, Food Delivery devices and all cashier activities as needed.
  • Prepare and pack orders, buzz for customers and pass prepared food at the collection counter.
  • Basic food/drink preparation is also required.
  • Assist with stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recipe guidelines.
  • Be flexible and assist where necessary as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No prior experience is necessary, training will be provided.
  • The salary will be based on individual experience.
  • Familiarity with using iPads, food delivery devices and phones is essential.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
