Counter Service Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Counter Service Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve food, as well as cook and mix rice
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations
  • Perform stock-taking and replenish ingredients as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage
