Front Counter Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front Counter Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Oriented and Good Team Player: Provide excellent customer service, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Rotating Shifts: Work flexible hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staff Transport Provided at MRT Station: Take advantage of staff transportation services to and from work, making it easy to get to and from the office.
  • Operate iPad & Tablet, Maintain Admin Records: Utilize technology to manage administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recommend Sales Promotion and Other Activities Beneficial to Members: Identify opportunities to promote sales and other activities that benefit our members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
