**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our tuition centre, ensuring seamless delivery of our educational programmes and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire our team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support business development efforts, including marketing strategies and client relationship management.
- Educational Programme Support:
- Work closely with academic staff to produce lesson materials.
- Lead and oversee school projects.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, including scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including staff and external stakeholders such as parents and schools.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and responsiveness to inquiries and concerns.
- Financial Management:
- Ensure timely collection of fees and payments of invoices.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, payments.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications in the related field will lend favourable consideration.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
**Estimated Salary:** SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
