Are you a leader with a passion for education and a talent for managing operations? TutorJohn Learning Centre is hiring a Full-Time Centre Manager for our Tampines branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the tuition centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Lead and manage a team of tutors to deliver high-quality lessons.

• Build strong relationships with parents and students, addressing feedback and concerns professionally.

• Drive enrolment growth through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.

• Manage scheduling, student enrollment, and administrative duties.

• Monitor and report on the centre’s performance, including profit and loss.

• Organize and oversee centre events and activities.

‍ Who We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in education, tuition centres, or similar managerial roles.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with parents, students, and staff.

• A results-driven individual with a passion for education and growth.

• Ready to start immediately.
