eCommerce & Logistics Executive

Job Description

Our organisation is redefining how electronics are bought, sold and reused. We champion ICT circularity, extend device lifespans and turn e-waste into new opportunities. The role of eCommerce & Logistics Executive is at the heart of our operations, combining eCommerce postings and fulfillment with buyback stock processing and a sustainability-first approach to sorting and handling electronics.

This position involves managing and maintaining accurate product listings across multiple platforms, using AI-powered tools for SEO, product descriptions, pricing optimisation and image enhancements. You will also coordinate smooth and timely order fulfilment from warehouse to customers, monitoring sales performance, posting accuracy and conversion rates and taking action to improve results.

The role also includes receiving and processing traded-in/buyback electronics, ensuring accurate labelling and SKU management, working closely with technical teams for device testing, refurbishment and quality control, maintaining accurate records for all buyback transactions in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Additionally, you will sort devices for reuse, upcycling, donation or recycling in line with our zero e-waste commitment, tracking and reporting on volumes and weight of devices processed for sustainability reporting and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in processing workflows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Listing accuracy, conversion rate improvement and monthly sales growth
  • Order fulfilment accuracy and turnaround time
  • Processing speed and accuracy for traded-in items
  • Volume of devices successfully reused/upcycled and % reduction in waste
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome; experience in eCommerce or logistics an advantage
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 processes preferred
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs with ability to present operational data clearly
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, analytics and process improvement
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about sustainability and the circular economy
