We are seeking an experienced Industrial Planning Expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead the project to help organize, digitalize and transform the main area on industrial planning automation, optimization and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and keep the factory capital and layout up-to-date.
  • Regular communication with factory functional departments to keep planning parameters updated.
  • Support IE manager to compute, understand and submit regular factory plans.
  • Support internal and external IE members to achieve overall IE business objectives.
  • Aligning and executing to company/IE organization priority metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • Skills of database management, data processing and automation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Teamwork and self-motivated.
  • Positive and optimistic.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Flexible and excellent in time and task management capabilities.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning domain.
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis.
