The primary objective of this role is to spearhead corporate marketing initiatives, focusing on building and maintaining robust relationships with corporate clients, industries, and organizations.

As the ideal candidate, you will act as a brand ambassador, driving community and corporate engagement while delivering measurable results.

Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing long-term relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and stakeholders of corporate organizations to promote hospital services and facilities.

You will identify, negotiate, and secure Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with corporate entities, industries, and other organizations to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.

Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to highlight state-of-the-art facilities, specialized services, and healthcare programs to corporate clients.

Designing and implementing corporate health programs, wellness initiatives, and community outreach campaigns will also be part of your role to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Acting as a professional representative of Altor Hospitals at corporate events, seminars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence is also expected.

Tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance, partnership outcomes, and ROI to senior management is a key aspect of the role.


Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA or BBA in Marketing from a recognized institution
  • Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in corporate marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented industry

  • Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade corporate stakeholders

  • Negotiation:
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a focus on building win-win partnerships

  • Networking:
Proven ability to connect with HR professionals, corporate leaders, and industry influencers

  • Creativity:
Innovative thinker with a knack for designing impactful health and wellness programs

  • Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and client feedback to optimize strategies

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
