Job Description

We are seeking a Business Growth Innovator to drive market penetration, expand market share, and maximize profitability in the young adult segment credit card market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic campaigns that meet business objectives, including customer acquisition targets, customer engagement, and incremental card spend.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, registration figures, and spend volume.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure accurate and efficient administrative and operational tasks adhere to compliance standards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in card marketing or product management in the banking/finance sector.
  • Good understanding of the young adult segment, their financial needs, and lifestyle preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Customer-centric focus and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Data-driven with good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player keen to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
