Job Description

As a Simulation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our Technology Development department. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products.

The Simulation group is comprised of world-class engineering specialists who are passionate about advancing the fields of structural dynamics, mechanics of materials, vibration, and thermal analysis.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform static, dynamic, and structural thermal-mechanical analyses with minimal guidance. You will drive design decisions using credible simulation methods and collaborate closely with Design Engineers to achieve technical excellence.

You will also be responsible for proactively assessing risks, solving problems, and communicating issues concisely to ensure project deliverables are met. Additionally, you will plan, prioritize, and coordinate project timelines across teams and locations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform static, dynamic, and structural thermal-mechanical analyses

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in mechanical product analysis and development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Material Science, or equivalent, with 2+ years' experience in mechanical product analysis and development.

A proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Moldflow, Abaqus) and experience in structural (FEA), plastic molding, and modal/vibration analyses is essential. A strong understanding of solid mechanics and material strength is also required, with experience in FEA automation or machine learning being a plus.

  • Key Requirements:
