  14. Prepare nesting requests upon receiving drawings and maintain records.
  15. Maintain files of DM shop drawings and Client drawings.
  16. Monitor constructed weight and MTO, checking against sub-contractor claims.
  17. Verify and sign progress claims within three working days.
  18. E nsure toolbox meetings are completed accordingly and hand over ongoing works to night shift supervisors.
  19. Coordinate site housekeeping and safety activities for allocated locations/jobs/modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering/Marine Offshore or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Shipyard operations involving structure fabrication supervision works.
  • Experience in managing a workforce of subcontractors/workers and directing them in structure fabrication and installation.
  • Able to lead/chair daily discussions with subcontractor supervisors for daily progress updates.
