Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

This role entails overseeing the production of fabricated items, ensuring quality control and assurance processes are met. The fabrication supervisor will work closely with various teams to guarantee timely project delivery.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fabrication activities for skids and piping
  • Conducting regular QA/QC inspections and verification checks
  • Monitoring project schedules to prevent delays and ensure completion on time
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a safe working environment while promoting cleanliness and productivity at fabrication sites

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in a mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or related engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fabrication supervision is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with relevant knowledge will be considered
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes or fabrication principles is an advantage
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential
