Process development is a crucial aspect of electronics manufacturing. Our organization seeks an experienced engineer to contribute to the growth and improvement of our products.

  • We are looking for someone with expertise in developing advanced packaging technologies and processes for high-density electronic devices.
  • Candidates should have strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with external customers and partners on technical support and joint development projects.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with internal R&D and product teams to design and implement new processes.
  • A solid understanding of DOE methodologies is essential for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, proficiency in using advanced equipment to identify, evaluate, and resolve failure modes is highly valued.

Required Skills:

  • Mastery of DOE tools and semiconductor assembly equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, and optical microscope.
  • Knowledge of ANSYS/ABACUS for stress & thermal simulation is a plus.

Education and Experience:

We are seeking individuals with a Master's or PhD in Material Science, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process development (Front-end/Back-end preferred).
