We are looking for an Electronics Expert to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of device and process physics, aptitude for optimization and innovation, and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves designing, developing, and characterizing MOSFETs, non-volatile memory cells, or CMOS-based sensors to meet performance and reliability requirements. The successful candidate will also work with TCAD engineers to predict device split results, work with modeling engineers to produce good device models, and analyze electrical test data and characterization results.

The minimum educational requirement is a Masters degree with at least 2 years relevant device experience or a PhD. Familiarity with layout and design rules, experience in detailed electrical characterization of devices, and process integration experience are preferred. A Field of specialization in Microelectronics is also desired.
