Consumer Activation Specialist

The ideal candidate will develop brand activation plans for new launches and lead effective LEP communication, merchandising solutions, a marketing activation calendar, and budget planning. This role collaborates with the Sales team to coordinate the activation calendar, implement marketing programs, monitor KPIs, and track competitive activities in assigned markets while linking with Finance for budget management.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop brand activation plans for new launches and LEP communication
- Lead merchandising solutions, a marketing activation calendar, and budget planning
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate the activation calendar and implement marketing programs
- Monitor KPIs and track competitive activities in assigned markets
A university degree or equivalent is required. 5+ years of experience in FMCG consumer/trade marketing is preferred. Consumer/trade promotions management, cross-cultural experience, cross-functional experience, travel retail experience are advantageous.
Language and Functional Skills:Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required. Promotions Management, Project Management, Financial Analysis, computer literacy in Microsoft Office and SAP are essential. Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Trade Merchandising, Shelf space/planogram management, Category management, Competitive intelligence, Negotiation skills, Basic financial skills, Brand price positioning indexing and management, External environment knowledge (taxation, trade pricing, corporate affairs, legal), Customer Service, Consumer Marketing Knowledge, Trade Research, Brand Communication (ATL / BTL), Trade Segmentation, Merchandising Management are beneficial.
