Job Title: Senior Research Associate

This is a challenging and rewarding research role that requires highly skilled professionals to implement, develop, and maintain laboratory methods and techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading scientific projects, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scientific Project Management: Plan and coordinate activities on clearly defined projects, track progress, and organize daily work planning within the team.
  • Research Methods: Implement, develop, and maintain experimental methods and techniques based on scientific standards.
  • Data Analysis: Produce quality results within time frames, analyze study-related data, and draw conclusions by applying scientific principles.
  • Support Services: Support the research department by performing clinical pathology analysis, testing sample chemistry, hematological assessment, and other assays.
  • Qualification/Validation: Plan, develop, and coordinate qualification/validation set-up of new assays and equipment, manage/troubleshoot existing equipment, and ensure adequate maintenance.
About You
  • Education: Diploma with more than 2 years' experience in cell biology and molecular biology methods, or equivalent.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA, ICH, OECD GLP, and TGs related to research studies.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; good communication and writing skills; and proficient in hematological, cellular, and molecular biology techniques.
