Job Summary

This role provides secretarial support to the Head of Department, ensuring seamless coordination and organization of meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Submit and monitor expense claims and disbursements in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and coordinate with parties within and outside the organization.
  • Provide administrative support within the department and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / GCE 'A' level and/or Private Secretarial Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of secretarial and/or executive support experience.
  • Mature, trustworthy to handle confidential matters.
  • Meticulous, organized, and have good initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as qualities of a good team player.
