Draftsperson - Spatial Planner

This role requires an individual with a strong foundation in spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials.

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, finishes, and built-in carpentry.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AutoCAD to create technical drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and construction references.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production and installation timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, factory, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor on-site activities, troubleshoot any arising issues, and provide timely project updates.
  • Interpret project briefs and translate ideas into accurate visual representations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
