Job Title: Senior Interior Space Planner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a senior interior space planner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent design sensibility, spatial thinking, and the ability to lead projects from concept through to construction.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced interior designer to contribute to delivering high-quality interior design solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovation and detailing, with advanced proficiency in 3D software and real-time rendering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative interior spaces that meet client requirements through conceptualization, design, and implementation.
  • Create high-quality 3D models, spatial diagrams, and presentation visuals using industry-standard software.
  • Design real-time visualizations to communicate spatial atmosphere and materiality effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive spatial integration and project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents, and tender packages to support project execution.
  • Sources and specifies materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom fixtures in line with project concepts.
  • Refine space planning with attention to ergonomics, flow, zoning, and user experience.
  • Coodinate with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of the design intent.
  • Presents compelling designs for internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Oversees construction to ensure quality, detailing, and finishes align with design specifications.
  • Stays updated on software trends, design technologies, AI, and global interior design practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovation and detailing.
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D software is essential.
  • Proficient in real-time rendering tools such as Twinmotion and 3Dsmax.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of materials, technical detailing, construction processes, and project documentation.
  • Excellent design sensibility and spatial thinking with the ability to lead a project from concept through to construction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for supplier management and overseas procurement.
