Interior Designer Job Opportunity

 

  •  Are you a skilled interior designer with a passion for innovative and spatially inspired designs? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Interior Designer.

  •  As an Interior Designer, your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing unique interior spaces that meet client requirements and company vision. You will produce detailed 3D models, spatial diagrams, presentation visuals using 3D software, render software and parametric geometry.

  •  The ideal candidate will have excellent design sensibility and spatial thinking, with the ability to lead projects from concept through to construction. Strong interpersonal, coordination and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in both English and Mandarin.

 

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  •  Qualifications: Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field

  •  Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovation, spatial quality and detailing

  •  Skills: Advanced proficiency in 3D software, including Rhino/Revit, and proficient in real-time rendering tools such as Twinmotion, D5 Render and 3Dsmax. Solid understanding of materials, technical detailing, construction processes and project documentation.

 

Job Responsibilities

  •  Conceptualize, design and develop unique interior spaces that meet client requirements and company vision

  •  Produce detailed 3D models, spatial diagrams, presentation visuals using 3D software, render software and parametric geometry

  •  Create high-quality real-time visualizations to effectively communicate spatial atmosphere and materiality

  •  Collaborate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure cohesive spatial integration

  •  Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents and tender packages

  •  Source and specify materials, finishes, FF&E and custom fixtures in line with project concepts and budgets

  •  Refine space planning with attention to ergonomics, flow, zoning and user experience

  •  Coordinate with contractors, fabricators and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design intent

  •  Prepare compelling presentations for internal design reviews and client meetings

  •  Attend site meetings and oversee construction to ensure quality, detailing and finishes align with design specifications

  •  Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers

  •  Stay updated on software trends, design technologies, AI and global interior design practices
