**Job Title:** Spatial Designer

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented spatial designer to join our team. As a spatial designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    

  • Ideate, conceptualize, and present 2D/3D design proposals that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Interpret project briefs and translate ideas into accurate visual representations that communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, finishes, and built-in carpentry, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
  • Prepare precise technical drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and construction references that ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, production, suppliers) to ensure high-quality project execution and deliver exceptional results.
  • Attend creative review meetings to align design direction and progress with client expectations.
  • Maintain and update the 3D rendering & material library for efficient workflow and ensure consistency in design output.
  • Stay up-to-date with new 3D tools, software, and interior design trends to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output consistently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to manage time independently and meet project deadlines.
