Job Overview

The role of the Human Resource Assistant Manager involves assisting in annual manpower planning, financial management, and strategic workforce optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute initiatives to deliver employer branding strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop hiring standards, selection criteria, and job requirements to fulfill current and future business objectives.
  • Organize and participate in Career Roadshow events related to recruitment, collaborating with relevant government agencies.
  • Assist in sourcing, selecting, securing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, workplace health, safety, and security compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, policies, and completion of Performance review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate payroll processing and timely completion of each pay period.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management and above.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
  • Prior experience in healthcare settings is an added advantage.
