Job Title:
Senior Human Resources Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive payroll functions, including CPF submission, tax clearance, and yearly IR8A submission. This role also involves submitting government grants, such as SkillConnects, Levy Waiver off, Childcare, maternity, NS Claim, SDL, WTU Funding, and others. Additionally, you will prepare documentation for new employee appointments and existing staff, conduct staff orientation for new hires, exit interviews for resigned staff, and yearly appraisals. You will also manage workers, including dormitory management, training, and counseling. Furthermore, this role entails processing MOM Passes applications, work passes (WP, S pass, Employment Pass), renewals, cancellations, Levy Waiver applications, and MOM Appeals. You will create and maintain staff and workers' databases, including personal data, medical leave records, leave records, training records, and others. Finally, you will claim management for motor vehicle accidents, work injury compensation claims, and workers' medical claims.
