We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to drive our growth by building and nurturing relationships with creators.

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for the full partnership lifecycle from identifying and recruiting new creators to negotiating deals and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with creators, talent agencies, and distributors/aggregators.
  • Manage creator relationships through onboarding, joint marketing efforts, reporting, and ongoing partnership expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support creator success and ensure partnerships align with business priorities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social strategies, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Help refine and scale our creator recruitment strategy, processes, and reporting.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. 3+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or creator/influencer marketing are also necessary.

Essential Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with creators and influencers are essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities at once are also required. Deep knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy is a must.
