Description
Your role as a Talent (Artiste) Manager involves working closely with SGAG talents and HCN creators to launch engaging paid social campaigns. You will gain experience in pitching creative ideas to brands, executing campaigns, and optimizing results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor HEPMIL talents, considering their growth and aspirations.
- Ensure talents maintain professionalism on social media and in client interactions.
- Coordinate between talents and the Accounts Team for campaign inquiries and project management.
- Collaborate with Creator Development, Creatives, and Talents to enhance organic content performance.
- Build relationships with talents through events, media appearances, and social gigs.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of talent management experience.
- Strong understanding of the local media landscape and Hepmil Creator's Network.
- Passionate about managing talents, creators, and digital content.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and business judgment skills.
- Team player who enjoys nurturing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
