We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Business Growth Strategist to lead our creator and content partner acquisition efforts across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
This role involves identifying and onboarding creators, production houses, content networks, and platforms producing culturally rich, product-centric video content.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for content acquisition in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
- Structure licensing agreements that protect creator rights while enabling ethical AI training and revenue-sharing.
- Build a robust pipeline of content partners across fashion, beauty, e-commerce, and lifestyle verticals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, annotation, and legal teams to ensure datasets meet licensing, quality, and provenance standards.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, content acquisition, or partnerships, ideally in media, creator economy, digital rights, or AI data sectors.
- Prior experience working with or within creator platforms, media companies, production houses, or digital archives in India, SEA, or the Middle East.
- Familiarity with licensing models, revenue-sharing frameworks, and content monetization structures.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills across culturally diverse environments.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creator/content ecosystems (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Meta, influencer agencies, OTT platforms).
- Understanding of dataset licensing, copyright law, or training data infrastructure.
