We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in the ID renovation sector.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, cost control, and project management. They will work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected timeframe, budget, and quality objectives.
  • The Project Leader will review contractual terms, attend meetings, and conduct site visits to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
  • They will monitor works for the contract and ensure compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works.
  • Leadership skills are essential to manage the project team and provide effective supervision to ensure that works meet quality standards and WSH objectives.
  • The Project Leader will resolve site problems, conduct meetings with the project team to identify issues encountered during construction periods, and provide leadership to team members to ensure effective resolution.
  • Post-construction issues will be managed with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely rectification.
  • The Project Leader will also review and endorse subcontract documents and progress/work claims submitted by clients and sub-contractors.
  • Additional responsibilities may include handling project tendering stages.
