Job Title: Oracle Exadata Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Exadata Database Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Takes up technical tasks and support day to day BAU tasks/Incidents/RFC's.
  • Serves as a key member of the team, providing technical expertise and support during diagnosis when technical issues arise.
  • Promotes service improvements for all Oracle/EBS services supported throughout the organization.
  • Maintains the availability and reliability of database system infrastructure in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Works collaboratively with teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Engages proactively and reactively to maintain the stability of the database system infrastructure.
  • Reviews technology changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve database performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on database metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Exadata administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
