Oracle Database Administrator Position

Are you a highly skilled Oracle database administrator with expertise in creating and administering Oracle databases? Do you have experience configuring and administering Oracle Net Services, creating and managing database storage, handling database migration, and managing automated maintenance tasks?
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle databases, including creation and administration, configuration and administration of Oracle Net Services, and creation and management of database storage.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and Oracle Database administration
- Understanding of Oracle database architecture and administration
- Familiarity with Oracle RAC and multitenant architecture
- Oracle backup and recovery concepts using RMAN, datapump, and export/import
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI), Exadata, and Exadata (ExaCC)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude
- Good in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and analytical tasks
- Communication and coordination abilities are required, along with initiative and a sense of ownership
It would be beneficial if you have exposure to various Unix operating systems and shell scripting, as well as exposure to scripting languages such as Ansible and Python.
